对初中阶段的学生而言,他们已具有一定的生活经验,对生活已经有了自己的认知,他们已经能够利用自己对生活的态度和认识去解决学习中的问题,也为建立生活化的课堂提供了可能性。而对初中的学科教学而言,教材内容大多来源于生活,并且新课标中明确强调,教师要引导学生关注生活,将学科知识与生活实际相结合,利用生活经验去解决学习知识。对中学地理而言,其中大部分的专业名词对学生而言是不陌生的,所以教师应该将初中地理课堂生活化,利用生活经验或者生活常识以及生活化的课堂教学模式帮助学生学习地理。
