烟草使用每年可导致全世界500多万人死亡,如果不采取控烟措施,至2030年,每年因为吸烟死亡的人数将达到800万[1]。二手烟雾还造成全球每年大约600万人过早死亡,其中64%是妇女,31%是儿童[2]。儿童接触烟草或二手烟雾不仅会造成发育障碍、急慢性呼吸系统疾病等众多健康危害,更重要的是被动吸烟会影响儿童的态度和行为,增加青少年尝试吸烟的风险[3]。本研究通过了解南京市初中生烟草知信行情况及其影响因素,为制定青少年控烟政策提供科学依据,现将结果报道如下。
Tobacco use can kill more than 5 million people each year worldwide. Without tobacco control measures, the number of deaths due to smoking will reach 8 million annually by 2030 [1]. Secondhand smoke also causes premature deaths of about 6 million people each year worldwide, of whom 64% are women and 31% are children [2]. Children’s exposure to tobacco or second-hand smoke not only causes many health hazards such as developmental disorders and acute and chronic respiratory diseases. More importantly, passive smoking affects children’s attitudes and behaviors and increases the risk of adolescents trying out smoking. [3] In this study, by understanding the situation of junior high school students in Nanjing and its influencing factors, to provide a scientific basis for the development of youth tobacco control policy, the results are reported as follows.
