本文推导出行星滚锥结构振动器公差设计的新计算公式,并与几种沿用的公差标注方法进行了对比分析。利用本文提出的方法,可以在满足设计要求的条件下,得到最经济合理的公差带,其结论对于提高产品质量、降低成本具有现实意义。
In this paper, a new calculation formula for the tolerance design of planetary roller cone vibrator is deduced and compared with several tolerance labeling methods. By using the method proposed in this paper, the most economical and reasonable tolerance band can be obtained under the condition of meeting the design requirements. The conclusions are of practical significance for improving product quality and reducing costs.
