阳春时节,我们来到鄂豫边区党委、新四军第五师司令部旧址所在地的大悟县芳畈镇白果树湾,开展“喜迎十八大,争创新业绩”为主题的学党史、忆传统的革命教育。从滚子河畔到大悟山下的白果树湾,蜿蜒八公里的溪流,沿河筑坝修堰,引水灌田。坝内碧波荡漾,田畈油菜黄花遍地。此情此景,仿佛把我们带回到70年前“千塘百坝”大兴水利的壮丽场景。
