运用国内第一台载荷小于20mN的超显微硬度仪,系统地测试和分析了不同膜厚、不同热处理状态的化学镀Ni-P合金表面镀层,在3~20mN之间不同载荷下的硬度性能。结合组织和结构的分析,详细地研究了镀层组织和力学性能之间的关系。结果表明起显微硬度技术在表征薄膜材料性能与组织关系的领域中具有很广阔的应用前景。
Using the first ultra-microhardness tester with load less than 20mN in our country, the surface properties of electroless Ni-P alloy coating with different film thicknesses and different heat treatments were systematically tested and analyzed. The hardness properties under different loads between 3 ~ 20mN . Combined with the analysis of microstructure and structure, the relationship between the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating was studied in detail. The results show that the microhardness technology has a very broad application prospect in the field of characterizing the relationship between the properties of the thin film material and the tissue.
