通过介绍建筑施工企业劳务工作的特点,分析了施工企业劳务用工的岗位构成、聘用制度。从长期聘用劳务用工和劳务分包两方面对建筑施工企业劳务用工的建设提出了建议。
By introducing the characteristics of labor service in construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the positions and employment system of labor services in construction enterprises. From the employment of labor and long-term labor subcontracting labor construction workers in both construction and employment advice.
