一个无法否认的社会现象正在日益引起人们的关注和重视:近年来,在公共場合哄闹滋事的事件此过去多了。今年五月十九日在北京工人体育場发生的球迷扰乱社会秩序的骚动就是其中最典型的一例,数以千计的球迷麇集球場內外及附近街道,拦截车辆,袭击民警,砸坏公共设施等等,一时为海內外矚目。素不相识而临时凑集起来的人群为何会形成如此强烈的冲击波呢? 国內时而发生的类似事件提醒我们:应该尽快克服过去政治思想工作的一个疏忽,加强青年“群众行为”的社会心理学研究。
An irrefutable social phenomenon is drawing increasing attention and attention: In recent years, the events of rage in public places have become more frequent.
