本文概述了上钢一厂三转炉车间二台R5—1200弧形板坯连铸机自1972年投产以来的生产工艺和设备使用及改进情况。在工艺上采用盛钢桶吹氩,收到均匀钢水温度,稳定连铸操作的良好效果;探索了多种材质的伸入式水口和多种成份的保护渣配比,找到比较合适的水口材质和保护渣成份;根据现有设备条件和生产情况,确定合适的浇注温度、拉速和二次冷却强度;并对原有设备的薄弱环节进行必要的加强和改进;根据需要建立和健全各项规章制度;使连铸生产逐步提高,平均月产量达38,342吨,平均浇注合格率达99.5%。但由于原有连铸机结构单薄,仍存在一些问题,今后还要继续改进。
This article outlines the production process and equipment usage and improvement of two R5-1200 arc slab caster in the three-converter workshop of Shangang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. since it was put into operation in 1972.
