采用水热晶化法制备了Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3储氧材料,详细考察了制备过程中水热时间和温度对储氧材料结构和性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和热重分析技术(TG)表征结果表明,当水热温度为100℃,水热时间为12 h时,制备的Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3材料具有优异的结构性能、织构性能、还原性能和储氧性能。分别以较优水热条件下制备的Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3储氧材料和商用的铈锆铝储氧材料为载体,制备Pd/Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3催化剂,考察了其对汽车尾气中碳氢化合物的催化转化能力。
The Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3 oxygen storage material was prepared by hydrothermal crystallization. The effects of hydrothermal time and temperature on the structure and properties of oxygen storage material were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 physisorption, H2 temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) indicated that when the hydrothermal temperature was 100 ℃ and the hydrothermal time was 12 h, Ce O2-Zr O2-Al2O3 material has excellent structural properties, texture properties, reduction performance and oxygen storage performance. The Pd / Ce O2-ZrO2-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by using CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 oxygen storage material and commercial cerium-zirconium aluminum oxide oxygen storage material prepared under better hydrothermal conditions, respectively.
