纳米结构的材料由于其优异的性能,已经成为当今材料科学的热点之一,而脉冲激光沉积法由于其独特的优点而越来越受到重视。本文阐述了用脉冲激光沉积法制备各种纳米结构的研究进展,包括量子点、纳米线、纳米棒、纳米针、纳米环、纳米管、纳米锥,并展望了该项技术在纳米结构制备方面的应用前景,随着高功率脉冲激光技术和设备的发展,PLD工艺参数的进一步优化,该技术将在纳米结构的制备方面发挥重要的作用。
Due to its excellent properties, nanostructured materials have become one of the hot topics in material science today, and pulsed laser deposition is gaining more and more attention because of its unique advantages. In this paper, the progress in the preparation of various nanostructures by pulsed laser deposition is described, including quantum dots, nanowires, nanorods, nanorods, nanorings, nanotubes and nanocones. The application of this technique to the preparation of nanostructures With the development of high-power pulsed laser technology and equipment, further optimization of PLD process parameters will play an important role in the preparation of nanostructures.
