社区参与旅游发展是旅游管理体制和发展模式的创新。本文主要对社区参与旅游中最密切的利益相关者—政府、企业、社区居民以及媒体与非政府组织进行分析,在分析的基础上得出政府与企业层面应该推动社区参与旅游的动力机制设计,对于社区居民而言应该从社区参与旅游中获取收益的启示。西方学者最初在2 0世纪6 0年代给出了利益相关者(Stakeholder Theory)的定义:对企业来说存在这样一批利益群体,如果没有他们的支持,企业就无法生存。80年代,人们逐渐意识到经济学家早期从“是否影响企业生存”角度对利益
Community participation in tourism development is the innovation of tourism management system and development model. Based on the analysis, we draw the conclusion that the government and enterprises should promote the design of the motivation mechanism for community participation in tourism. In this paper, the author analyzes the most important stakeholders in community participation tourism - government, enterprises, community residents and media and NGOs. Implications for community residents in gaining access to community-based tourism. Western scholars first provided a definition of Stakeholder Theory in the 1960s: There are such groups of interests for businesses that businesses can not survive without their support.
