运动性血红蛋白尿是因走路,跑步,行军引起的发作性血红蛋白尿,亦有报告身体其他部位如手、头部反复撞击硬物而引起者。1881年Fleisher首先报道,至1974年国外报道近100例。国内自1955~1965年临床个案报告共7例,1974年浦钧宗等报告14例,说明本病并非罕见。本病虽有自愈可能,但多数病例反复发作,且无有效疗法。1966~1976年间,我们先后遇到3例,应用普鲁卡因静脉点滴治疗,经6~15年随访效果满意。现报告如下:
