刚刚过去的1990年,我国粮食生产大获丰收,农业生产形势喜人,这是近几年来全党上下重视农业的结果。在新的一年里,我国农业面临的任务仍很艰巨,我们切不可因去年的丰收而产生盲目乐观的思想。应保持清醒的头脑,对农业继续“升温”,采取切实的措施,保持这几年得之不易的农业生产发展的好势头,争取农业生产再登上一个新台阶。这里发表的一些去年农业成绩较好的省、地、市、县的想法和打算,值得一读。
The past 1990 saw a bumper harvest in food production in our country and a gratifying agricultural production situation.
