三亚市地处中国的最南端,旅游业为其经济的主导产业,而商业和旅游业是相辅相成的,旅游业可以带动商业的迅速发展,商业更可以为旅游业及当地经济带来更多新的亮点和提升。三亚拥有丰富的热带风景资源,但因其大规模经济建设晚,经济较为落后,零售业在海南省建经济特区的20年之中发展较为缓慢,迫切需要对其商圈特点分析并进行拓展研究。本文从三亚市宏观经济的分析出发,进一步探讨三亚市核心商圈规划的合理发展策略和最佳发展模式,从而为优化三亚市核心商圈布局提出了相应的对策建议。
Sanya City is located in the southernmost tip of China. Tourism is the leading industry of its economy. And commerce and tourism are complementary. Tourism can drive the rapid development of commerce and commerce can bring more new tourism and local economy. Highlights and enhancements. Sanya is rich in resources of the tropical landscape. However, due to its late large-scale economic construction and backward economy, the retail industry has been slow to develop in the special economic zone of Hainan Province in 20 years. It is urgent to analyze the characteristics of its business district and carry out the expansion study . Based on the macroeconomic analysis of Sanya City, this paper further discusses the reasonable development strategy and the best development mode of Sanya ’s core business district planning, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the layout of the core business district in Sanya City.
