党的十六大以来的5年,是我省体育事业发展最快、发展最和谐的5年。5年来,在浙江省委、省政府的正确领导下,浙江省体育局按照科学发展观的要求,围绕构建和谐社会和全面推进文化大省和体育强省建设的目标任务,以满足人民群众的健身需求为出发点,突出备战奥运会、全运会这一重点,深化体育体制改革,积极探索发展新路子,努力推进惠及全省人民的体育事业健康、协调、可持续发展。5年来,省体育局坚持以人为本,不断完善全民健身服务体系,工作载体得到了新的拓展。
