2月27日,某矿10414工作面和组装硐室内发生火灾,采用注水灭火措施在短时间内控制了火灾,但随后又有扩大趋势。3月1日,采用底板巷穿层钻孔注氮气和三相泡沫为主的综合防灭火技术,8 h内,墙外和回风流中CO浓度下降为0 ppm,墙内CO浓度降低到200 ppm,O2浓度降低至3%,高温火点被扑灭,消除了火灾诱发瓦斯爆炸的可能,综合防灭火技术在10414工作面火灾治理中取得成功。
On February 27, a fire broke out on a 10414 working face and an assembly room in a mine, and fire was controlled within a short period of time by the water injection fire fighting measures, but then expanded. On the 1st of March, the CO concentration in the wall and return air flow dropped to 0 ppm and the CO concentration in the wall was reduced to 200 within 8 h ppm, the concentration of O2 is reduced to 3%, the high temperature fire point is extinguished, the possibility of fire-induced gas explosion is eliminated, and the comprehensive fire-fighting prevention technology is successful in 10414 face fire treatment.
