孕妇 2 6岁 ,孕 2 5周 ,常规查体未发现异常。Ｂ超检查 :单胎 ,头位 ,双顶径6 3ｃｍ。脊柱排列整齐 ,连续性好。胎心146次 /分 ,律齐。于两侧心室 (四腔心切面 )均可探及一直径约 0 .2ｃｍ之团状强回声 ,边界清晰 ,无活动性。胎儿其余部位均发育正常。前壁胎盘Ｉ级 ,羊水适量。
