50例白血病尸检患者的白血病细胞颅内浸润总发生率为90%。蛛膜、硬膜及脑实质的浸润率分别为82%、78.6%和62%。急淋的颅内浸润率最高,程度最重;早幼粒的浸润程度相对较轻,急粒有形成绿色瘤倾向。认为颅内白血病细胞来源于血循环,可通过多种途径进入脑实质。浸润重的易合并出血。本文还讨论了颅内浸润的诊治问题。
Fifty leukemic autopsy patients had a total incidence of intracranial infiltration of leukemic cells of 90%. The infiltration rates of arachnoid, dura and parenchyma were 82%, 78.6% and 62% respectively. Acute leaching of the highest rate of intracranial infiltration, the degree of the heaviest; juvenile infiltration of relatively mild degree, acute particles have the tendency to form green tumors. Intracranial leukemia cells that come from the blood circulation, can enter the brain parenchyma through a variety of ways. Wet infiltration of easy to merge bleeding. This article also discusses the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial infiltration.
