本文提出用高效液相层析法测定血浆中的5-氟尿嘧啶。本法的优点为提取过程简单、不必在氮气流中长时间干燥并且不必用危险的烷化剂制备衍生物。
This paper presents the determination of 5-fluorouracil in plasma by high performance liquid chromatography. The advantage of this method is that the extraction process is simple and does not require long drying in a nitrogen stream and does not require the preparation of derivatives with a hazardous alkylating agent.
