日本远程开放教育的任务主要由日本放送大学完成。经过三十多年的发展,它已经发展成为具备现代教育信息技术、面向日本全国民众、提供终身教育的高水平院校。通过对日本放送大学的历史进程、发展现状和特色情况进行研究,借鉴其经验,以期进一步明确我国远程开放教育的定位,聚焦历史使命和任务,深入推进开放大学改革,并助推我国终身教育和学习型社会的发展。
The task of Japan’s distance education is mainly carried out by Japan Broadcasting University. After more than 30 years of development, it has developed into a state-of-the-art college with modern educational information technology and Japan’s national population and lifelong education. Through the study of the historical process, current situation and characteristics of Japan’s broadcasting universities, we can draw lessons from our experience so as to further clarify the positioning of our country’s distance and open education, focus on its historical missions and tasks, deepen the reform of open universities and boost the lifelong education in China The development of learning society.
