目的 研究硒、锌对氟在大鼠体内吸收、排泄和蓄积过程的影响 方法 大鼠饮水中加入NaF(100 mg/L),灌胃给子Na2SeO3 0.1mg/(kg·d)或(和)ZnSO4 17.5 mg/(kg·d),试验共90d。测定血氟、粪氟、尿氟和骨氟含量。结果给予Na2SeO3和(或)ZnSO4可升高尿氟浓度,降低血氟浓度和骨氟含量。给予ZnSO4及同时给予Na2SeO3、ZnSO4使粪氟含量升高。结论 给予ZnSO4可阻碍氟在肠道的吸收,给予Na2SeO3或(和)ZnSO4可促进尿氟排泄,阻断氟在骨骼中的蓄积。
Objective To study the effect of selenium and zinc on the absorption, excretion and accumulation of fluoride in rats.Methods Rats were infused with NaF (100 mg / L), Na 2 SeO 3 0.1 mg / (kg · d) ZnSO4 17.5 mg / (kg · d), the test a total of 90d.
