随着国内汽车产业的快速发展和民众,于是拥有汽车的数量的快速增长,汽车维修及保养业务呈现蓬勃的发展态势。相应地,企业也大量需要汽修技工。于是,就读中职汽修专业的学生大量增加,这对中职学校来说是一个好现象。但是,为了培养好这些学生,就需要有良好的专业教师,那么现在中职汽修专业教师的现状怎样呢?当前又要怎么去面对这种状况?这就是本文所要探讨的问题。
With the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry and the general public, the number of vehicles owned by the automobile industry has grown rapidly and the automobile repair and maintenance business has shown a booming development. Accordingly, companies also need a large number of auto mechanics. As a result, a large number of students attending vocational training auto repair, which is a good phenomenon for secondary vocational schools. However, in order to cultivate these students, we need to have a good professional teacher, then now the situation of vocational car repair teacher how? And how to deal with this situation?
