初中数学的教学目标是让学生形成重要的数学思维和方法,培养学生全面发展的综合能力,课堂教学是任何科目教师开展教学活动和学生学习的主要场所,因此我们应该努力研究有效提高初中数学课堂教学的方法和策略。然而大多数的教师受到传统应试教育理念的影响,认为课堂讲授知识的容量和解答问题的数量是评价课堂教学有效的唯一标准,导致课堂教学的效率和质量低下。新课标改革中明确指出,学生学习能力以及学习品质的培养是评价课堂教学质量的金标准。因此教师应该积极树立全新的教学理念,努力丰富课堂教学方式,充分调动学生的积极主动性和兴趣,注重培养学生的数学创新思维,对学生进行科学全面的客观评价,从而提高初中数学的质量。
