决策,俗称“拍板”,是领导者最重要的职责之一。“板”谁都会拍,可拍起来有个准不准、好不好的问题。要想一辈子时时处处每一“板”都拍得恰是时候、恰到火候、恰如其分,可以说是不可能的,即所谓“智者千虑,必有一失”,但在大多数时间里、大多数情况下使决策达到“几近完美”的“相对最佳”,还是完全可以做到的。要提升决策的质量,需要领导者不断提升事业心和责任感,不断提升素质和修养,还需要熟知和把握一些决策要领。自本期起,本栏目挪出部分版面,连续介绍几个决策要领。
