近来收集到一些医院实际开出的处方,我們認为这些处方都有提出討論的必要。下面是我們的討論意見,如有不妥之处尚希大家指正。 (?)磺胺噻唑碳酸氢鈉表飞鸣本处方的碳酸氫鈉能使表飞嗚的药效更好地發揮出来,因为胃液的pH值在1.5—2.5之間,而乳酸菌在pH值5—6时才有良好的發育条件,加入碳酸氫鈉的目的,可能是用它来中和一部份胃酸。但磺胺噻唑对乳酸菌的發育却有阻止作用,因此,表飞嗚在此方中將会減低甚至于丧失其应有的作用。据文献記載:
