近些年来,我国政府不断推进行政体制改革和政府职能转变,一些行政审批事项和准行政职能逐渐移交给社会中介组织,后者在政治、经济、社会文化等各个领域所扮演的角色日益重要。但由于法律法规建设滞后、制度设计存在漏洞、政府监管不到位、中介组织职业自律性不强、清廉文化环境不佳等多方面原因,某些中介组织及其从业人员失信、违规、参与权力寻租和商业贿赂等现象也开始滋生蔓延。本文旨在分析中介组织利用自身特殊职能参与权力寻租中介组织产生腐败现象的对策。
