目的探讨鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者实施综合护理措施的临床效果分析。方法选择我院收治的84例鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组42例，观察组42例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合护理干预措施，对两组患者干预后效果进行分析。结果对两组患者干预后口腔黏膜炎程度比较，观察组I级25例，占59.52%，II级13例，占30.95%；对照组I级8例，占19.05%，II级7例，占16.67%，差异存在统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者实施综合护理措施，可有效缓解口腔黏膜炎症状，减轻患者负性情绪，值得推广。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of comprehensive nursing care in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion Exposure to radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cavity mucositis in patients with implementation of comprehensive nursing measures, which can ef ectively al eviate the symptoms of oral mucositis, reduce the negative emotion of patients, worthy of promotion.
