中国建设社会主义新农村,是党和国家新时期的重大历史任务,也是构建和谐社会的重要内容。该文以中国经济社会发展取得巨大进步,许多地区的农民已经开始富裕起来,农村的社会经济结构也发生了很大的变化,农村人口老龄化与家庭小型化趋势为例进行分析,得出当前如何建立和完善一个与经济发展相适应的农村社会养老保障制度的结论。中国农村已经建立起初步社会养老保障制度,但还需要不断完善。最后论述了现阶段中国农村社会养老保障制度相关问题,并对如何完善中国农村社会养老保障立法提出了合理建议。
China’s building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task for the party and the state in the new period and an important part of building a harmonious society. This article has made tremendous progress in China’s economic and social development. The peasants in many areas have started to get rich and their socio-economic structure has undergone tremendous changes. The trend of rural population aging and family miniaturization has been analyzed as an example. At present, How to Establish and Perfect a Conclusion of Social Security System in Rural Areas Adapting to Economic Development. China’s rural areas have established a preliminary system of social security for the elderly, but they still need continuous improvement. At last, it discusses the related problems of the old-age security system in rural China at this stage, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to improve the legislation of old-age security in rural China.
