With the establishment of China’s market economy system and the implementation of modern enterprise system, the competitive advantage of enterprises is essentially the competition of talent superiority. As a kind of difficult to imitate and trade which is contained in the competitive advantage of the enterprise, the specific resource and ability of human resource is the source of maintaining the competitive advantage of the enterprise.
