本研究采用放射免疫测定法,研究刺激大白鼠双侧颈迷走神经向中端,脑内脑啡肽含量的变化。以麻醉、手术、人工呼吸及切断双侧颈迷走神经做为对照组。在此基础上刺激双侧颈迷走神经向中端做为刺激组。对刺激组和对照组各7只大白鼠脑内脑啡肽含量进行比较,获得以下结果。
In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to study the changes of enkephalins in midbrain and brain of bilateral cervical vagal nerves in rats. To anesthesia, surgery, artificial respiration and cut off bilateral vagus nerve as a control group. On this basis to stimulate the bilateral cervical vagus nerve to the end as a stimulus group. The enkephalin content in brain of 7 rats in each stimulation group and control group was compared, and the following results were obtained.
