改革开放以来,宁波港坚持贯彻党的基本路线,坚持港口以生产建设为中心,坚持“发展才是硬道理”,坚持“两手抓,两手都要硬”的方针,坚持关心职工生活,全心全意依靠职工群众,使港口生产建设大踏步地前进,1991年至1993年,港口货物吞吐量以每年递增1000万吨的速度发展,实现了三年三大步的奋斗目标。1994年,在货源变化大,困难多的情况下,全港货物吞吐量仍完成5849万吨。精神文明建设和思想政治工作、得到了加强和发展,连续8年被评为省、市文明单位,1992年至1993年连续两年被宁波市评为优秀政工企业。目前,又分别荣获全国交通系统先进单位和1991—1993年度浙江省思想政治工作优秀企业称号。

At present, they have won the title of “National Advanced Unit of Transportation System” and “Outstanding Enterprise of Ideological and Political Work in Zhejiang Province from 1991 to 1993” respectively.
