在中国共产党第十三次全国代表大会胜利闭幕以后,在全国各族人民学习、贯彻这次大会精神的过程中,我们迎来了经济必将进一步稳定,改革必将进一步深入的1988年。从党的十一届三中全会到十三大,我们伟大的祖国走过了九个不平凡的春秋。这九年,是以经济建设为中心,坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放的总方针,沿着有中国特色的社会主义道路阔步前进的九年。这九年,我国工农业总产值、国民生产总值、国家财政收入、城乡居民收入都翻了一番,是建国以来国家经济实力增长最快、人民得到的实惠最多,社会主义现代化建设取得巨大成就的九年。
After the victory of the 13th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, we have ushered in the year 1988 when the people of all nationalities in the country will learn and carry out the spirit of the conference and will surely further stabilize the economy and deepen the reform. From the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party to the 13th National Congress, our great motherland has gone through nine extraordinary years. In the past nine years, we have always regarded economic construction as the central task, adhering to the four cardinal principles, adhering to the general guideline of reform and opening up, and striding along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics over the past nine years. In the past nine years, China’s gross industrial and agricultural output, gross national product, state revenue and the income of urban and rural residents doubled. Since the founding of the People’s Republic, the economic strength of the country has risen the most. People have gained the most substantial benefits and the socialist modernization has made a huge Nine years of success.
