对三个葡萄品种浆果发育过程中可溶性糖累积和内源IAA、GA3 、ABA含量的动态变化等进行比较研究。结果表明 ,巨峰和木纳格葡萄浆果生长呈双S型曲线 ,无核白葡萄果实生长呈S型曲线 ;浆果内可溶性糖的累积主要发生在果实发育的后期。浆果发育初期 ,无核白葡萄IAA含量远高于两个有核品种的含量 ,有利于幼果坐果 ;浆果发育后期 ,无核白葡萄IAA和GA3 的含量低于两个有核品种 ,而ABA的含量比两个有核品种高。GA3 与ABA比值的变化对浆果的发育起着关键的作用。
The dynamic changes of soluble sugar accumulation and endogenous IAA, GA3 and ABA contents during the development of three grape cultivars were compared. The results showed that the growth of Kyoho and Minagagis berry showed double S curve and the growth of seedless white grape showed S curve. The accumulation of soluble sugar in berry mainly occurred in the late stage of fruit development. At the early stage of berry development, the content of IAA in seedless white grapes was much higher than those in two nucleated cultivars, which was favorable for young fruit setting. In the late stage of berry development, the content of IAA and GA3 in seedless white grapes was lower than those in two nuclear cultivars, but ABA Higher than the two nuclear species. Changes in the ratio of GA3 to ABA play a key role in the development of berries.
