鎘的精炼方法,我国一般是在湿法提取粗鎘之后,用火法精炼和水溶液电解,但产出的純鎘含鎘均在99.99%以下。为了滿足生产高純度鎘的要求,我們采用了如附图所示的工艺流程,从1963年开始进行試驗,去年获得了純度为99.99%的阴极鎘(以下簡称四九鎘)。通过今年来的生产实践和改进,使四九鎘产出的比例不断上升。生产过程净液和电解液的成分见表1:
Cadmium refining method, our country is generally wet extraction of crude cadmium, the fire refining and aqueous solution electrolysis, but the output of pure cadmium cadmium are below 99.99%. In order to meet the requirement of producing high-purity cadmium, we adopted the process as shown in the accompanying drawings and started the experiment from 1963. Last year we obtained cathode cadmium (hereinafter referred to as “99%”) cadmium with 99.99% purity. Through this year’s production practices and improvements, the proportion of 49% cadmium output has been on the rise.
