基于核动力运行研究所(RINPO)在广东大亚湾核电站役前检查和在役检查的实践经验,并结合我国在役检查的特点,简要阐述了在役检查的前期准备和计划,包括对检查组织机构、检验设备/工具、检验技术、备品备件及消耗材料、检验人员和检验文件的要求;同时,重点介绍了在核电站大修期间,如何在有限的时间、人力和特定环境下科学地、周密地计划和安排在役检查各种活动以及加强现场协调和管理的必要性,从而保证在役检查任务的顺利完成。
Based on the practical experience of pre-service inspection and in-service inspection of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station in Guangdong by RINPO, combined with the characteristics of our in-service inspection, we briefly describe the preparation and planning of in-service inspection in the past, including the inspection of inspection organizations , Inspection equipment / tools, inspection technology, spare parts and consumables, inspectors and inspection documents; at the same time, it focuses on how to plan scientifically and carefully in a limited time, manpower and specific environment during the overhaul of nuclear power plants And arranged for in-service inspection of various activities and the need to strengthen on-site coordination and management to ensure the successful completion of in-service inspection tasks.
