本文提出了一种确定壳体轴压屈曲载荷的无损静力试验方法。这种方法基于传统的应变测量系统,利用弯曲应变的切线刚度值做为控制变量,有明确的理论基础。文中以轴压柱形方块壳为例,说明了控制变量在加载过程中的变化规律、预示方法和精度。通过回顾两批轴压化铣圆柱壳试验,说明了方法的应用。结果表明,利用弯曲应变切线刚度法可以较好地预示结构的破坏载荷。
This paper presents a nondestructive static test method for determining the buckling load of the shell axial pressure. This method is based on the traditional strain measurement system, using the tangential stiffness value of the bending strain as a control variable, and has a clear theoretical basis. In this paper, the cylinder shell with axial pressure is taken as an example to illustrate the change law, prediction method and accuracy of the control variables during the loading process. By reviewing two batches of axial milling cylindrical shell tests, the application of the method was illustrated. The results show that the use of bending strain tangent stiffness method can be a good predictor of structural failure load.
