复杂的社会文化与组织文化的伦理差异给企业并购带来巨大挑战,伦理决策能力不足是导致企业海外失败的深层原因。本文从人力资源管理视角,阐述企业评估并购伦理风险、提升伦理决策能力与强化伦理竞争优势的策略。
The ethical difference between complex social and organizational cultures poses great challenges to M & A. The lack of ethical decision-making power is the underlying reason for the overseas failure of enterprises. From the perspective of human resource management, this article elaborates the tactics for enterprises to evaluate the ethical risk of M & A, enhance the ethical decision-making ability and strengthen the ethical competitive advantage.
