本文利用电镜组织化学的分子生物学技术,对 ATPase 和 SDH 活性在小鼠乳腺癌细胞中的分布进行了研究。结果发现,为 Mg~(++)激活的 ATP 酶活性,主要分布在线粒体膜和核膜上及核仁中。而为 Ca~(++)激活的 ATP 酶活性,主要分布在线粒体嵴部和基质中及核外膜上,并较均匀地显示在染色质中。对照材料的相应部位,只有微弱的活性或无酶活性反应。琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性,主要分布在线粒体嵴部和内膜上。在两层核膜中间,酶的活性呈现出强弱交替的反应。同时,在质外膜和核内膜上,琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性也很高。对照材料的相应部位,酶的显示极弱或完全没有显示。
In this paper, electron microscopy histochemistry molecular biology techniques, the ATPase and SDH activity in mouse breast cancer cells were studied. The results showed that, for Mg ~ (++) activated ATPase activity, mainly in the mitochondrial membrane and nuclear membrane and nucleolus. The activity of ATPase activated by Ca ~ (++) was mainly distributed in the mitochondria ridges, stroma and extranuclear membrane, and was more evenly distributed in the chromatin. The corresponding parts of the control material, only weak activity or no enzyme activity. Succinate dehydrogenase activity, mainly in the mitochondria and endometrium. In the middle of the two nuclear membrane, the enzyme activity showed a strong alternant reaction. At the same time, succinate dehydrogenase activity is also high in the extramembrane and endochorium. The corresponding parts of the control material, the enzyme showed very weak or no display.
