目的探讨老年人睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)误诊原因。方法分析271例老年人SAS并发心脑血管病。结果271例并发心脑血管病被误诊为:高血压病97例,脑血管病73例,冠心病42例,心衰31例,血管性痴呆21例,猝死7例。结论SAS可并发多种心脑血管病,常被误诊和得不到及时治疗而加重病情,甚至猝死。
Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) in the elderly. Methods 271 elderly SAS patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were analyzed. Results 271 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were misdiagnosed as: hypertension in 97 cases, cerebrovascular disease in 73 cases, coronary heart disease in 42 cases, 31 cases of heart failure, vascular dementia in 21 cases, sudden death in 7 cases. Conclusion SAS can be complicated by a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, often misdiagnosed and not treated in time to aggravate the disease, and even sudden death.
