我受中共中央国务院的委托,向大会作关于1956年到1967年全国农业发展纲要的执行情况和争取提前实现这个纲要的报告.一1956年到1967年全国农业发展纲要,是中共中央政治局根据毛泽东同志的倡议提出的,在1956年1月以草案形式公布.1957年9月,中共八届三中全会,根据草案公布以后将近两年中情况的变化和工作的发展,作了一些必要的修改和补充,在同年10月间公布了纲要的修正草案.全国农民和全国人民为执行农业发展纲要而努力,到现在已经四年了.
I was entrusted by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee to make a presentation to the General Assembly on the implementation of the National Agricultural Development Program from 1956 to 1967 and for the report on the realization of this outline ahead of schedule.The National Outline for Agricultural Development from 1956 to 1967 was formulated by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee Proposed by Comrade Mao Tse-tung, it was promulgated in draft form in January 1956. In September 1957, at the Third Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, based on the changes in conditions and the development of work in the last two years after the draft was promulgated, some necessary Amended and supplemented the drafting of the outline in October of the same year, and it has now been four years since all peasants and people throughout the country worked hard to implement the outline for agricultural development.
