目的采用HPLC法测定马先蒿属植物中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Waters C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),检测波长204 nm,流速1 m L·min-1。结果各样品中均能检测出桃叶珊瑚苷,但含量差异较大。结论桃叶珊瑚苷普遍存在于马先蒿属植物中;所用方法简便、准确,可用于马先蒿属药材的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of aucubin in the genus Artemisia by HPLC. Methods The column was a Waters C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (10:90). The detection wavelength was 204 nm and the flow rate was 1 m L · min-1. Results aucubin can be detected in all samples, but the content is quite different. Conclusion Aucubin is common in Pedicularis. The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Pedicularis.
