前言:安全生产标准化是企业安全生产的一项重要工作。为此,吉林省政府办公厅转发省安监局关于开展非煤矿山危险化学品和烟花爆竹企业安全标准化工作指导意见的通知(吉政办明电[2009]38号)。对开展企业安全标准化工作的目标、内容和措施提出了明确的要求,为扎实推进此项工作,省安监局委托省安全生产协会负责非煤矿山企业安全标准化的指导、培训及评审工作。经过前段工作,专家们对做好安全标准化工作进行了积极探索,积累了有益的经验。本刊将继续刊载,旨在推进全省企业安全标准化工作顺利进行。
Preface: Standardization of production safety is an important work of enterprise safety production. To this end, the General Office of Jilin Provincial Government forwards the notice of the Provincial Security Supervision Bureau on Guiding Opinions on Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals and Fireworks in Non-coal Mines (Ji Zheng Office Ming Dian [2009] No. 38). In order to carry out this work solidly, the Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau entrusted the Provincial Safety Production Association to be responsible for the guidance, training and assessment of the safety standardization of non-coal mining enterprises in carrying out the objectives, contents and measures for the safety standardization of enterprises. After the previous work, experts have actively explored the work of safety standardization and accumulated useful experiences. The publication will continue to publish, aimed at promoting the province’s enterprise safety standardization work smoothly.
