强力尼尤带传动与普通平皮带或三角橡胶带比较,具有负载能力高、受力伸长量少、运行平稳和传动效率高等优点。它被广泛地用于中小型造纸机的总轴传动。但是,过去大多参照普通平皮带的计算公式设计,往往忽视了尼龙带具有较大预拉力的特点,导致总轴窜动或轴承发热、早期破坏等后果。本文试从受力分析出发,提出总轴锥形带轮合理布局的设计力案。一、轴向推力的计算强力尼龙带给轴的压力 Q,等于尼龙带两边拉力的合力。由于尼龙带的预拉力较大,当带速度V≤25m/s 时,可用下式计算
