随着“十二五”圆满收官,我区开启了“十三五”发展新征程。2016年自治区两会就在这样一个关键节点上启幕。回望过去五年,面对严峻经济形势,我区积极贯彻中央稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险等各项决策部署,顺利完成了“十二五”各项目标任务。“十二五”期间,全区地区生产总值达1.68万亿元,年均增长10.1%。更重要的是,财政民生支出占比达79.6%,城镇和农村居民人均可支配收入年均分别增长9.7%和12.7%,全区各族人民群众有了更多“获得感”。站在新的历史起点上迈向下一个发展新征程,今年自治区两会的 With the successful completion of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, our district has opened a new course of development for “Thirteen-Five”. In 2016, the autonomous region’s two sessions opened on such a key node. Looking back on the past five years and in the face of the severe economic situation, our district has actively implemented various policy decisions and arrangements such as steady growth of the Central Government, promotion of reform, structural adjustment, improvement of people’s livelihood and prevention of risks, and successfully completed the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Target task During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the GDP of the entire region reached 1.68 trillion yuan, an average annual increase of 10.1%. More importantly, expenditure on finance and public welfare accounts for 79.6% of the total. Per capita disposable incomes of urban and rural residents have increased by an average of 9.7% and 12.7% respectively year on year.
