目的:交流美国杜邦———XL型全自动生化分析仪在应用过程中随意增加开放通道,延长IMT集成电极块使用寿命等技巧。方法:以血清白蛋白检测为例,以惠州市福赛德生物医学工程有限公司生产的澳甲酚绿(BCG)固体试剂代替杜邦原装的澳甲酚紫(BCP)试剂,用次氯酸钠处理IMT集成电极块,以蒸馏水空白消除测试中直接胆红素过高的现象。结果:取20份样本分别用BCG和BCP测定,其结果分别为384±02和384±023。同一份样品分别用BCG和BCP测定20次,其结果分别为40±03及40±032。IMT集成电极块处理后可应用近二个月。结论:在兼顾到方法原理、操作程序、试剂成分与浓度的情况下,可根据自己的需要随意增加开放通道,既减少了试剂费用又加快了检测速度。
Objective: To exchange information about the DuPont --- XL automatic biochemical analyzer to increase the open channel at will and prolong the service life of IMT integrated electrode blocks. Methods: Serum albumin was taken as an example to replace DuPont original cresyl violet reagent (BCP) with cresyl green phenol (BCG) solid reagent produced by Biosciences Biosciences, Huizhou and IMT integrated with sodium hypochlorite Electrode blocks, distilled water blank to eliminate the phenomenon of direct bilirubin in the test. Results: Twenty samples were determined by BCG and BCP respectively, and the results were 384 ± 02 and 384 ± 023, respectively. The same sample was measured 20 times with BCG and BCP, the results were 40 ± 03 and 40 ± 032. IMT integrated electrode block can be applied after nearly two months. Conclusion: Taking into account the principle of the method, the operating procedures, reagent composition and concentration of circumstances, according to their own needs at will to increase the open channel, reducing reagent costs and speed up the detection speed.
