研究社会主义市场经济体制下国有企业的技术改造有哪些新特点,需要注意哪些新问题,不仅有利于企业的改造发展,同时有利于国有资产的保值增值,笔者对此作一浅析,以期抛砖引玉。一、国有企业技术改造的新特点在社会主义市场经济体制下,国家赋予国有企业技术改造更大的自主权,同时,也更注重运用经济政策、经济手段加强对技术改造的宏观调控。国有企业的技术改造有四个新特点:
