调查显示,广西梧州市辖区范围内职业学校汽修专业学生就业质量不高,主要体现在就业对口率和稳定率偏低、就业薪酬参差不齐部分偏低。出现就业质量不高的原因主要是就业网络不健全、渠道不顺畅、、教学质量不高、学生对专业认识不足等。要提高就业质量,学校除了要建立多元化的就业网络和提高教学质量外,还要积极引导学生,使学生找到适合自己发展的职业方向。
According to the survey, the employment quality of vocational students in vocational schools in Wuzhou City of Guangxi is not high, mainly due to the low employment stability and the low employment rate. The reasons for the low employment quality are mainly employment network is not perfect, the channel is not smooth, the quality of teaching is not high, students lack of professional knowledge. In order to improve the quality of employment, in addition to establishing a diversified employment network and improving the quality of teaching, schools should also actively guide students so that students find suitable career paths for their own development.
