卫生部颁布的新的《血站管理办法》于2006年3月1日起正式实施。新的《血站管理办法》从降低血液价格、采取献血实名制、机采无偿化等多方面做了新的规定,从更加人性化的角度关怀献血者,更加保障了血液质量和受血者的安全、更有利于我国无偿献血事业的发展。我中心积极贯彻执行新的《血站管理办法》,组织了《办法》研讨会、组织了全员的学习培训,将用新的《血站管理办法》指导日常工作,真正把(办法》落到实处,
The new Measures for the Administration of Blood Stations promulgated by the Ministry of Health was formally implemented on March 1, 2006. The new “Blood Station Management Approach” has made new regulations in many aspects, such as lowering blood prices, adopting a real-name system for donating blood, and adopting machine requisitions, and it cares for blood donors from a more human-oriented perspective, which further guarantees the quality of blood and the blood recipients.
