热再生干燥滚筒设计时应该保证在满足热混合料的生产质量的前提下,用最低的热量消耗来获得最大的热混合料生产能力。设计时,首先根据加热到要求的温度时所需的热烟气介质的流量,以热烟气介质流速为约束条件(流速大小以混合料中微小颗粒避免被烟气带走为宜)确定滚筒直径大小;然后再根据混合料加热到所需温度的时间,以滚筒转速为约束确定滚筒长度。根据上述方法设计了用于旧沥青混凝土再生加热的干燥滚筒的直径和长度,通过样机现场运行试验证明了该设计方法的正确性。
