采用Czochralski法生长了均匀透明的ErCa4 O(BO3 ) 3 (简称ECOB)晶体 ,测量了其室温吸收谱 ,并与 0 1mol的ErCl3 溶液的室温吸收谱进行了比较。根据Judd Ofelt理论 ,拟合出唯像强度参数 :Ω2 =1 6 73× 10 -2 0 cm2 ,Ω4=1 35 6× 10 -2 0 cm2 ,Ω6=0 15 6× 10 -2 0 cm2 。计算了各能级的辐射跃迁几率 AJ,J′,振子强度fJ ,J′,辐射寿命τ,荧光分支比 βJ′ 等 ,并根据这些光学参量 ,讨论了该晶体的部分性能和应用前景
A uniform and transparent crystal of ErCa4 O (BO3) 3 (ECOB) was grown by Czochralski method. The absorption spectra at room temperature were measured and compared with the absorption spectra at room temperature of 0 1 mol ErCl3 solution. According to the Judd Ofelt theory, the parameters of the apparent image intensity fitting are as follows: Ω2 = 1 6 73 × 10 -2 0 cm2, Ω4 = 1 35 6 × 10 -2 0 cm2, Ω6 = 0 15 6 × 10 -2 0 cm2. The radiation transition probability AJ, J ’, oscillator strength fJ, J’, radiation life τ, fluorescence branching ratio βJ ’at each energy level were calculated. According to these optical parameters, some properties and application prospects of the crystal were discussed
